This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your appointment time for permanent jewellery. This deposit will be applied to your invoice during your appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, Moving Mountains requires 48 hrs notice. Failing to do so within this time frame will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will need to be made once you reschedule.
If you do not show to your agreed upon appointment or cancel, you are also forfeiting your deposit.
Please note that permanent jewellery is final sale. Permanent jewellery is also dainty for safety reasons and it may break or stretch if pulled or caught. Although it is called Permanent, it can also be easily removed. Moving Mountains does offer complementary re-weld if you need to remove your bracelet for medical reasons.
The Permanent Jewellery welding process is not recommended for people with pacemakers, Allergies or sensitivities to metal, or any other condition that may be triggered by the welding process (it does create a small flash of light).
Please note that you will be required to sign a waiver at the time of your appointment. Parent/Guardian Signature is required if under the age of 18.
