We ship your beautiful tailored items anywhere!
Recently, shipping options have changed to offer tracked options only. Due to the nature of your items and their value, we have decided to go this route.
Please select the shipping options that suits your timeline/location best. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us directly if you are on a tight time frame.
Please allow for 2-3 weeks of production time for your items. Customs jewellery items may take longer. If this is the case, this will be communicated to you directly.
Please note that customs delays may happen from time to time, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed for any deliveries outside of Canada. Also note that House of Danaus is not responsible for any customs/tariff charges. No refunds will be given for customs or tariff reasons.
We also offer a free Local Hearst (Ontario) Pick-Up option!
Return Policy
We want you to be in love with your House of Danaus purchase.
For non-custom items, we offer a 20-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Do to the nature of custom engraving or artwork, these items are final sale. However, if you receive your item damaged, or a mistake was made, please reach out to me directly.
Gift cards and instant downloadable products cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is in appropriate condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If for any reason you do not see your refunded amount on your original payment method, please contact me.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at melissa@houseofdanaus.com with an explanation and picture of the product. We will be happy to ship you a new item!
Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to: 351 Patterson Street, PO Box 3446, Hearst, Ontario P0L 1N0 Canada .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs for shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Repairs
We get it, life happens! I'm clumsy myself so I understand! If you break your item, please don't hesitate to contact melissa@houseofdanaus.com and we will chat with you about having your item repaired!
