We offer free shipping on all Jewellery within Canada and USA!

Our free standard jewellery shipping usually takes between 7-14 business days. Standard shipping times are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date for the free shipping option - snail mail is a little outside of our control. You also have the option to upgrade to speedy and tracked shipping at check out if you are just too excited to get your House of Danaus piece (or if you need it by a specific date and don't want to take the chance with standard shipping)!

Please note that customs delays may happen from time to time, therefore US delivery times are not guaranteed.

We also offer a free Local Ottawa Pick-Up option!

Return Policy

We want you to be in love with your House of Danaus purchase.

For non-custom items, we offer a 20-day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for refund.

Do to theatre of custom engraving or artwork, these items are final sale. However, if you receive your item damaged, or a mistake was made, please reach out to me directly.

Gift cards and instant downloadable products cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is in appropriate condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If for any reason you do not see your refunded amount on your original payment method, please contact me.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with an explanation and picture of the product. We will be happy to ship you a new item!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs for shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
