After you send me your project information, I will prepare a detailed quote for you. No surprises!
Due to the custom nature of my work, I do not offer returns or refunds on calligraphy projects. You also get to review and approve the project throughout the design process.
However, if a mistake has been made on my part (a typo for example) or you receive your project damaged, I will do everything in my power to get that fixed at no cost to you.
